One of the key protections: "Athletic opportunities: Schools must provide equal opportunities, facilities, and resources for male and female athletes".

Merrium Webster: Sex: Def: "Either of the two major forms of individuals that occur in many species and that are distinguished respectively as female or male especially on the basis of their reproductive organs and structures".

The key word in that definition? The word "MAJOR", not minor or any. The minority or differently oriented while not to be ignored should not dominate and define the majority on the issue of competition in sports. Especially competition in grade school, high school and college female sports.

And what exactly have the Obama (D) and the Biden (D) administrations done to undermine the clear and unambiguous intent of the act? Leftist LAWYERS and radical pandering Democrat politicians have confabulated two issues, biological females competing against biological females in sports, and including and calling equal and the same biological males who for whatever reason CALL themselves and present themselves as being female. Two separate issues.

The Democrat proposes a confabulated moralistic ideological master bait and switch issue which is what is to be done with those gay and differently oriented trans people primarily biological males who want to participate in sports in competition with biological females. Two very different issues.

The radical Leftist Democrats use the words and intent contained within the Constitution against itself in order to destroy it and replace it with some Subjective Socialist utopian world that they structure and control. And that is authoritarian, are you looking forward to that?

That is another problem and issue that should be dealt with apart and separate from the biological females competing in sports against biological females. You have a daughter and she wants to participate in school sports? Well now they are going to have to have a DNA test in order to do so. XX? Or XY? That is how you are going to have to define sex in the context of Title IX and government funded sports in schools now.

Only an Ivey league Leftist Democrat LAWYER could drag something who's intent was clearly and by definition to protect, lift up and empower biological females in school sports down into the dirt and pervert it. Pervert it to such an impossible and irrational state that it actually erases females from competition and any kind of equal opportunity.
