Bill Maher, like all Democrats, is late to the party. Oh, he lays out the problems very well, and it certainly seems like he's very worried about what's going on now. But where has he been for years? He says elsewhere that he's not a Democrat, presumably so people think he's objective. But he also admits that he has always voted Democrat. I guess he's been fine with everything until it got really weird and started to seriously threaten the party he's not a member of. If it took him this long to figure it out, he just ain't nearly as smart as he thinks he is.

Still, he has a following and can exert influence on the mindless drones…

I will take it when I can get it. Sarah Palin was easy on the eyes and I generally agreed with her, but she was one of those political lightning rods that self destruct themselves and everyone around them. And she was hooked up with John MCain, who I did not like personally and thought he was playing it too safe especially when dealing with Obama in the presidential race. And then there was the thumbs down move regarding Trump. Me no like him.
