Delta Airlines CEO: “They [Joby] have gone through all the certification processes,” he said. “The FAA, by the way, has been a huge supporter of bringing that mobility service to the sky because they realize the issue is what’s on the ground and all the congestion that’s down there. So our ability to work with Joby really impressed with the technology. I think they are the leader in the space.”

EVTOL's (Electric Vertical Take Off and Landing) powered by battery technology are closer to being operational than you might think. There are two categories of these new classifications of machines that fly. You have the highly developed and tested commercial versions of EVTOL's that will soon operate under strict safety and operational FAA regulated systems. You may also see them in commercial cargo, military and some emergency applications.

And there is another class of EVTOL's that are smaller and more IMO experimental personally owned and operated "Flying car" versions. Toys for wealthy people who are more adventurous thrill seekers. I am not focused on this segment of this new class of flying machine technology.

How many serious millionaires and billionaires will be loading themselves and their families into such a machine as a "flying car"?
How many serious millionaires and billionaires will be loading themselves and their families into such a machine as a "flying car"?

These more advanced and highly tested versions of EVTOL flying machines focused on transporting people over the congested highways and byways of the world will soon be seen in the skies of Dubi, and then America and the rest of the world. Stay tuned.
