The vast majority of children, 70 percent, black, white or brown (I would assume they are primarily black children in Chicago) cannot read. The vast majority cannot read established by the Chicago Public school's own metrics. Let's look into the racial makeup of the Chicago public school system.

It turns out that there has been a decrease in numbers of black children in Chicago schools and they have been displaced by an increase in Hispanic children in the Chicago school system since 2022. And this precisely coincides with the Biden (D) administration politically strategically throwing the borders of America wide open to illegal immigrants. Makes sense. And this of course was a cynical attempt by the Democrat party leadership to seed the major Democrat run cities in America with multiple numbers of dependent on the government and the taxpayers confiscated dollars illegal immigrants in order to dominate and control politics and the election system in America. It was and is a political warfare strategy.

And what is the Chicago teacher's union head, Stacy Gates, stated perspective related to the children of Chicago, specifically the black children?

"The children are always ours. Every single one of them, all over the globe. And what comes next is ‘CTU thinks your children are its children.’ Yes, we do. We do. We do,”

A typical Socialist / Globalist / Marxist / Communist "progressive" perspective, when your child enters public school, they own them over and above the protestations of their parents. It's called INDOCTRINATION.

We educate them, we nurture them, we protect them, we support them, we negotiate for them, we create space for them. We even have them in our homes.”

What is all of this blatant failure and institutional racism really about? By the numbers, who does not want black children to read?

The Left, the Liberal, the "progressive", the Democrat are the enemy of you and your children who by necessity must take the attitude that they in fact OWN your children and will pour into their information absorbing brains their Socialist and systemically failing self-interested doctrine. And that and the accompanying necessary lies is the only strategy they can possibly survive on. By the numbers they have failed the children of Chicago miserably and all those involved need to be fired and not rewarded with $50 billion dollars in wage increase rewards!

You can graduate children from lower and upper public schools anywhere in America all day long, mortar boards, gowns and diplomas as far as the eye can see. But if the graduates, black, white or brown are not proficient in basic reading, math and possessing the ability to think rationally what have you produced? Dependents!
