When the top general in the Canadian military takes it upon herself to make a speech to apologize for some measure of racial discrimination that may have occurred within the ranks of those under her command today or sometime in history does not transmit strength, dominance and fear in the hearts of the enemies of her country. As a matter of fact, it transmits a core weakness and a "compassion and morality" that ONLY a woman or a weak beta male could possibly communicate to those who seek to destroy your / our way of life. This is IMO a form of treason, a DISGRACE!

Military leadership in any military has no business commenting on social or cultural trends or failures, your job is to build, inspire and maintain the most lethal military to be presented to and perceived by your enemy, PERIOD! And if you do feel the need to comment on such things then you need to be removed from your job! You are giving the enemy comfort and encouragement.
