"I WOULD RATHER HAVE A TALKING FROG"

This is a video presented during a United States Congressional hearing of two drones operating over water near Yemin. One of them firing a Hell Fire missile at something traveling in the atmosphere, looks like information. But you never know.

Whatever it is, it is hit, it appears to disassemble to some degree, it reconstitutes itself and it continues on in a different direction.

Looks like something intelligently controlled. Something technological possibly from another dimension? Apparently displaying a heat signature. An unknown undescribed technology or form of life on earth? Something outside of the ability of science to define and know?

My general conclusion on such things is that there are things that we as human beings living on planet earth are just not fully able to detect, properly comprehend and understand what it is or where "It" comes from.

It all sounds crazy, but this and many other unusual observed, documented and sometimes recorded phenomena has been going on for decades, hundreds and probably thousands of years. Maybe longer. And we as human beings have no idea exactly what it or "they" are.

I don't make this stuff up you know.
