There are people in America who are still uninformed about what really happened on Jan. 6th, 2021, at the Capitol during the protest that was turned into an uncontrolled riot. A significant number of Americans still swallow and accept as being true the Democrat / RINO / Trump must be destroyed at all costs narrative about the events of that day.
And that is just how disruptive a D.J. Trump presidency is to the status quo power structure in Washington D.C. And that statement is fully supported by the facts as they slowly are being forced out by the sworn testimony before Congress. And that is exactly by Constitutional design what Congresses purpose is. In some way shape or form reveal some degree of truth to the people so that they can direct their country.
Former president Trump ended his speech and then at about 1:00PM on Jan. 6th things began to get hairy at the Capitol building. At the Capitol Building where there was a minimal number of security forces who were supposedly going to keep things under control. That did not happen and the sworn testimony by the National Guard security officers involved in the days before and on the 6th deliver a very different narrative then the official political narrative.
President Trump himself requested that 10,000 National Guard be deployed because of the possibility of chaos on Jan 6th. Trump did call for Nat'l Guard troops before Jan. 6, ret. Gen. Kellogg says (americanmilitarynews.com)
"Retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg said last week that former President Donald Trump did in fact request National Guard troops be deployed in Washington D.C. before the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Kellogg said he was present at the time of Trump’s request, and Congress should release his testimony to the public."
Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House at the time apparently lied about not receiving such a request from the White House. There is no truth in politics, just strategy. Truth is not the business that politicians and government is in.

The National Guard troops, all trained and equipped to deal swiftly with civil unrest were ready, willing and very able to take care of business. But they were apparently as the sworn testimony reveals, held back for 4 hours until about 5:09PM by the Army command structure that oversaw their deployment.

Former president Trump was clearly set up in order to dirty him up to make him politically radioactive on Jan. 6th and also if he were to in the future decide to once again run for president. And that is the plain and simple truth of the matter to my rational and common-sense eye. Can you be rational, and do you have common sense?
