JOBY AVIATION 2026 UPDATE

Updated: 11 hours ago

This is a quick JOBY AVIATION update for the beginning of 2026.

A short CNBC interview with the CEO and founder of JOBY AVIATION: https://youtu.be/BFhedkJ2AOY?si=dF1uBMt90wX2yJ3s 2:26min.

If things remain on track this brand-new industry in aviation transportation will no doubt take off this year. And after 40,000 plus miles and many years of proven concept and design testing and the ramping up of manufacturing facilities the finalized version of JOBY AVIATION'S S-4 EVTOL is ready.

Joby Aviation buys giant Vandalia building for $61.5M as local growth speeds up: "Jan. 7—In a sign of accelerated growth, Joby Aviation said Wednesday it has agreed to buy a giant Vandalia building to use as a production site as it ramps up plans to make electric aircraft. The 728,000-square-foot building (the size of nearly four Walmart stores) at 1669 Capstone Way will support Joby's plans to double production to four aircraft a month in 2027, while also providing space for "significant future growth," the company said."

The Federal government has recognized this leading edge technologically ripe industry and has prepared a set of special accommodations before full FAA certification in order to further demonstrate to the public the viability of the JOBY S-4 EVTOL class of flying vehicle and the accompanying facilities and systems.

Look up! You may see the JOBY S-4 flying over your head this year.

Which EVTOL will be the first to land whisper quiet on the White House lawn? I think it will be the JOBY S-4.
