Government, the administration of the universities that teach and indoctrinate the teachers', teacher's unions all inhabited by Liberals (Really moralistic ideological Marxists) have proudly created this illiteracy condition in America:

Low standards is no standards. And as long as the teacher's unions and the Democrats in government can continue to control the education industry in America this condition will only get worse. A shameful accomplishment.
