How appropriate that the death of Dick Cheney (The Dark Lord) is announced on an election day that may provide a win in the New York City mayoral race to an affirmed Islamist Socialist and essentially a follower of the father of Communism, Karl Marx. Ah, the irony.
A one in 365-day coincidence?
"Former Vice President Dick Cheney has died, his family announced early Tuesday. He was 84."
Now you may admire and or you may despise Dick Cheney (R), there are things that I admired about him and despised about him. Just like there are things that I admire and despise about Nancy Pelosi (D).
The one thing that you can say about both Cheney and Pelosi is that they both played hardball, and they played in both business and in politics to win! No half measures win or lose. Dick Cheney (as well as Nancy Pelosi) understands the non-constraining limits theory and principles of true leadership and the exercise of existential political power in Strategy Over Morality.
But in the end, politics aside, we all lose the eternal fight and struggle with existence and move on. The tide goes in, and the tide goes out.
