TRUMP / ELON RIFT REAL? OR A FABRICATION?

I have been watching this Trump / Elon relationship breakdown evolve over the last several days. My first reaction was that in order for Elon to meld back into operating his companies without the bad, extreme and violent politically divisive PR that was generated by his supporting Trump he would have to make some kind of clean break in some way. But how would that political decompressing of the situation be accomplished? Then you realize there is no going back.

And believe me, I trust NONE of them on either side of the political divide especially at this level. Trust but verify as Reagan said. And then verify again, rinse repeat. Government is not in the truth and morality business!

Looking further into the situation it seems clear that after all Elon has done for the cause, buying and transforming Twitter, renouncing the insanity of the Democrat party, and for good reason. Let's remember, Elon and many of those who now surround Trump today and are installed in the administration and running things are former Liberal Democrats! And that being so we must also understand that unless they have truly had the full conversion come to Jesus MAGA moment, the Democrats have lost their minds and are now led by violent anti America radicals! If they have not had that come to MAGA Jesus moment you must conclude that they are weak minded and ideologically mentally challenged. And like I said, there is no going back.

Does that describe Elon after not getting his way on the NASA leadership choice?

Remember, Elon has plans to go to Mars and eventually establish a settlement there possibly growing to 1 million human beings. (Did I mention that there are a few goals that Elon has that I do not fully agree with?) I have no problem with going to Mars or anywhere else in our solar system or universe for that matter. But I do not see the long-term establishing of an alternate "Earth" on Mars as being a realistic long-term sustainable endeavor. It would be like me telling you I am going to be dropped off in the center of Ant Arctica, and I was going to establish a new million-person civilization there. Only Mars is generally twice as cold as Ant Arctica with a balmy average minus 80 degrees F temperature, has one third the gravity and there is no breathable atmosphere! Among several other "minor" physiological and technical issues. Go to Mars? Absolutely, with risk comes reward, do it, 100%.

And I also have my issues with Elons push for fully autonomous "self-driving" cars. Maybe it is just me? It is a brave new A.I. world after all. And so, given what Elon has already accomplished, which is truly massive, historical and monumental no doubt, inhuman on some levels. We have to recognize that Elon Musk is a differently wired kind of human being and that comes with certain unique traits. Much like Trump is also a differently wired human being, and that being so I make no excuses for either of them when they are incorrect and or are being gigantic egomaniacal bitchy demanding "A" holes!

Given that we understand Elon is thinking 10 moves ahead of most others. And when those future big strategic moves are not realized and denied for political reasons among others, that may be too much for Elon to psychologically endure? I do not know, but if the stories coming out about what led to Elons dismissal from the White House are true then Elon has caused a possibly irreconcilable rift due to his break down. And that is not optimal as Elon might say.

If Elon does not Objectively understand the difference between the black and white of business and the gray horse trading and making of American legislative political pork sausage, then he is truly lost. Negotiate the best deal you can negotiate in politics, pass it and move on. There are no quick fixes in government, and that is by design.

Many people have contacted me and shared that this Trump / Elon rift has them very unsettled and upset. My take is to not make too much of it, just sit back and enjoy the show. Because we are witness to two of the most successful, big think and ginormous egos both IMO are "On the spectrum" and showman on the face of the planet earth today and they are both very powerful.

But one is more powerful, balanced and focused than the other and in the end will prevail for all our American and the free world's sake. Guess who?
