What happened to this strong American axiom of decades ago? What would Superman say about what is currently ongoing in American politics today?

I believe at this point in time and related to this particular Zimmerman essay point regarding generations, ideals, politics and culture this particular voice from just a few decades ago is important to better understand if we are to know from where most of it comes. Uri Bezmenov, former KGB operative clearly lays out the underlying Marxist / Communist psychological manipulation methodology used to help bring America to where it currently finds itself. A long-term subversive investment to destroy America from the inside because you could never defeat America from the outside.

And our short term "good for me but not for thee" both Left and Right Democrat and RINO politicians have through their own self interests in many ways allowed and even encouraged this destabilized place which America and its citizens currently find ourselves.

Things don't just happen, the struggle between ideologies is alive and well in the world, and America due to its open Constitutional and Capitalistic structure in many ways invites in its worst enemies.

The first thing that the Constitution structures is political warfare and the ensuing battles for political power and control serves to reveal to the people the truth about the thinking, philosophy and goals of those politically empowered people who lead them. That is the theory anyway.
