The Constitution being based in the Objective and actual Progressive and NEW thinking of the day on law and justice that the Founders of America embraced supplies you with all the rope you need to hang yourself if you so choose.
This is an ongoing point and theme of mine and the distinction to be made between those who exist within the Pedestrian Realm and those who become politically empowered and occupy the Political Realm.
Objective: Def: "Expressing or dealing with facts or conditions as perceived without distortion by personal feelings, prejudices, or interpretations".
This is how the Constitution is structured in theory, in the Objective based on actual NEW Progressive thinking as it relates to how the political warfare is to be fought within America and how law and justice is structured.
Progressive: Def: "Of, relating to, or characterized by progress: such as using, involving, or interested in new or modern ideas".
A "progressive" who promotes Socialism or "Democrat Socialism" is not interested in NEW thinking, they are by nature Subjective and will use old world force to make you live as they direct.
The Founders of America were by definition actual NEW thinking Progressives, capitol "P" Progressives. They understood the oppression of the Subjective form of governance that in their personal time frame experience was that of a Monarch.
Today's Liberal and now very, very Leftist and even anti-American aligned Democrat party "progressives" lower case "p" are by definition Subjective and not Objective in their thinking. They present themselves as being the more ideological, moralistic and more evolved NEW thinkers and in order to install their Subjective "righteous" perspective they justify using government force in order to achieve it. You must live by their standards and not by your choice.
Example: The Democrat party leadership through the force of government and their "superior" perspective pushed on all Americans by opening wide the borders of America and actively invited and ushered into the country paid for with your confiscated tax dollars millions of illegals for their Subjective accumulation of political power and control agenda. By the Subjective force of government that they are in control of.
Subject: Minnesota: A nonprofit is begun by those in the Minnesota Somali immigrant community initially to feed hungry Somali children. Isn't that how all government fraud and corruption begins? "Its for the children" (Ask the Clintons) And the state government of Minnesota funds the effort initially with a million or so dollars.
And over time the "good" works of the immigrant Somali's funded by the tax money confiscated and controlled by the state government of Minnesota headed by governor "Tampon" Tim Walz grows to over $1 BILLION dollars spent. Again "It's for the children".
And apparently the concern for the children had turned into funding a Somali terrorist group back in their home country. Which many of whom should be reintroduced to soon IMO.
And that I suspect is exactly the same U.S. government business model that USAID provided for many other terrorist groups around the world which you were also being forced to fund. The more government you have the more government you need.
And after the suspected fraud and corruption is discovered by the internal systems put in place to Objectively detect and control such things and an accounting is demanded, what does the Somali nonprofit organization do? They tell those, in writing as I understand it, who work within the rank-and-file government forces asking for audit information that justifies the expenditures that if they continue to press for this audit information they will go to the press and accuse them of racism against the Somali immigrant community. And upon receiving this overt threat the case is pushed up to the elected government officials who oversee government spending policies in Minnesota I.E. the governor.
This threat has now been turned from an investigation about fraud and corruption into a political threat of racism that puts in jeopardy the continued Democrat party power and control based on the numbers of Somalis that now vote in Minnesota. The Somalis learn well, the racism accusation is a well-used Democrat party strategy. And the entire issue is ignored by those government officials and governor "Tampon" Tim Walz (D).
"WASHINGTON — A powerful US House committee and the Treasury Department both launched investigations into Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz’s role in a “massive fraud” scheme that involved Somali immigrants bilking more than $1 billion from taxpayers, they revealed Monday.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) told The Post that his panel “will conduct a thorough investigation into Governor Walz’s failure to safeguard taxpayer dollars” as a result.
“Minnesota Governor Tim Walz was warned about massive fraud in a pandemic food-aid program for children, yet he failed to act. Instead, whistleblowers who raised concerns faced retaliation,” Comer said."
Like I said, the Constitution Objectively structured provides ALL Americans all the rope they need to live a good and prosperous life OR all the rope they need to hang themselves based on the choices that they are freely encouraged to make for themselves.
Use your rope well, try not to hang yourself with it.
