WHEN EVERYTHING IS "FREE" NOTHING HAS VALUE: LEAST OF ALL YOUR SAFETY AND LIFE

I am writing this on the evening just before the start of the second NYC mayoral debate, and I saw this article in the New York Post.

If you think under the Eric Adams (D) holding of the office of the mayor, this policy of the police department is disturbing then you are going to be terrified and will live in fear if there is a Zohran Mamdani (Communist / Socialist) in the mayor's office of New York City.

Mr. Mamdani proposes that buses be "FREE" so as to "Keep the bus drivers safe". That is a direct quote.

If the buses are seen as "FREE" as is proposed by Mr. Mamdani, so will the trains be, so will the food that is in your local grocery store be seen as being "FREE" as will anything else in any other open to the public commercial entity. Add to that a now complacent, neutered and further gutted police department with no incentive to arrest or protect the public then we all have a recipe for a very dangerous and dark existence in New York City.

This is what MUST be directly addressed: Zohran Mamdani on the need to seize the means of production: https://youtu.be/WAWmaC-4vAY?si=oSG469-Bbn7Hm6N2  1 min. 36 sec.

What exactly does that direct quote from the Communist Manifesto spoken by you Mr. Mamdani mean when you use it? Please explain it.

Means of production Analysis in The Communist Manifesto | LitCharts: "The means of production represents everything involved in work apart from the people themselves. This includes the instruments of production (such as tools, machinery, and infrastructure) and the raw materials and natural resource that workers operate on in order to make products."

This is what is coming to New York City if Mr. Mamdani is successful: Seattle is Dying: Short version: https://youtu.be/Vdzfi0r16hg?si=biuI5Dckm8T8TDsJ 7 min.
