ON 9/11: WHO REALLY RUNS THE WORLD?

Does America run the world? Does China or Russia run the world? Do the tensions and interests of each one of these players really "run the world" and the direction that it goes? That I think is an interesting question.

(A variation on the title for this post might be: WHO ASPIRES TO RUN THE WORLD?)

Which ideology, which government, which economy, which military in today's world actually runs things or has massive influence and affect for the most part?

If I were to make an assessment from my Pedestrian Realm perspective, I would say that America had the edge on ideology, government, economy and military. China to me has been economically empowered, mostly by their adopting the concepts of Capitalism, for the government anyway. The people? Not so much, the Chinese people are not free as you might define freedom in the west, they in fact live in a Communist controlled society.

And Russia has been revealed to be a bit of a hollow chimera, militarily anyway. Is it an aspiring and eternal thugocracy? (To my point: "Vladimir Putin (self-nominated): ~87.29–87.8% of the vote".) A thugocracy looking to reconstitute the Soviet Union footprint? (Chimera: A thing that is hoped or wished for but in fact is illusory or impossible to achieve.)

I think you will agree that these country's on the surface are the big heavy weight front line ideology, government, econonomy and military players in the world today. That is on the surface, but what lurks under the surface both within and without of these entities? What influential power lurks under the surface and behind the scense connecting all of these big weighty players concerning power and the direction the world is being driven where you can and will never see? Does such a thing even exist?

I think history teaches us that there are always influential under the radar clandestine forces that engineer, finance, push and massage things in a general desired direction. And in the world today due to the growing level of that very sharp double edged technology and information that we are all becoming more and more aware of tends to give the Pedestrian Realm peeks into what no one was supposed to see and be able to understand. Technology and the increased access to communication and information instantly is both an asset and a hinderance. The issue becomes trying to determine what is actual usable and valuable data and information and what is disinformation designed to keep the veil as opaic as possible.

These are my two conclusions concerning this particular subject and the general trajectory of the world today:

They seek to build on the Millennium Development Goals and complete what these did not achieve. They are integrated and indivisible and balance the three dimensions of sustainable development: the economic, social and environmental.

The Goals and targets will stimulate action over the next fifteen years in areas of critical importance for humanity and the planet:

"CONCLUSION: The public lives and operates under a subjective moral code or within a "Pedestrian Realm" perspective which they assume their leadership which exists within the "Political Realm" is constrained by. This is a subjective false perspective conclusion on the part of the public. Leadership at its existential core is not about morality, truth and honesty. Politically empowered Political Realm leadership is ultimately about the fundamental exercise of power and “IT's” subjective agenda interests and "IT's" political power prevailing. And within this Strategy Over Morality model the potential for the abuse of power related to the Pedestrian Realm perspective is ever present." JGL

​STRATEGY OVER MORALITY IS NEITHER GOOD NOR BAD. GOOD OR BAD IS BUT A SUBJECTIVE PEDESTRIAN REALM PERSPECTIVE. BUT IT CAN BE EVIL.
