The riot at the Capitol began at about 1PM. The National Guard were held back for over 5 hours and was strategically allowed. And this apparently goes right to the top.

General Milley apparently did not like President Trump (R) and worked at odds to his orders and interests. General Milley, against his own council directly to then President Biden, upon the presidents' direct orders and delivered Afghanistan and all of the strategic assets to the Taliban and by extension worked in the strategic interests of the CCP Chinese. Hmmmm.
I guess General Milley was more favorable to the bad decisions of a President Biden (D) regarding the strategic empowering of the CCP Chinese? But not the strategic security of the Capitol building and the requests for the National Guard to be deployed by a President Trump (R). Hmmmm.

A general in the military who selectively makes strategic political decisions based on their own personal political beliefs and alliances, self-interests and desires instead of working for and acting in the interests of his president's orders and country is accused of something.
