THE FUNDAMENTAL PROBLEM WITH D.E.I.

Democrat party government D.E.I. (Diversity Equity and Inclusion) policies which are purely based in symbolism and the color of a person's skin and or sexual orientation which are supposed to represent some kind of mode of rebalancing of societal past biases, slights or abuses of power and racism in hiring are now the primary first qualifications to consider for any position in government. ANY POSITION in government.

You know the names: From Pete Bootygig to every judicial nomination, to every prosecutor, to most every Congressional and Senate Democrat party nominee. It's all about race and the color of your skin and or sexual orientation and definitely about the "progressive", really Marxist "We hate America" agenda.

And of course, these past abuses according to those who adhere to this line of rationalization for social engineering is based on the "White Patriarchal" model of domination and governance. And there may well be and are reasons to believe that there were abuses in the past. But we do not live in the past, we live in the here and now and look towards the future understanding the historical abuses of the past and we make proper adjustments. That is called progress.

And this cycle of reorganization or cultural / societal rebalancing if you will of such past abuses of power based on the "White" "Patriarchal" model is very dangerous if real world qualifications are disregarded for mere skin color or sexual orientation reasons. Very dangerous indeed.

This is what the "progressive" Democrat will never admit: THE CURE FOR ALL "ISMS" (sigma3ioc.com) Default assume everyone is racist and promote / teach mutual respect.

And I will make my point in this way, and I think you will readily catch on to it. Below find a picture of the "next in line" person that may well head the Democrat party spot for the 2024 presidential race. Skin color, sexual orientation and symbolism should NEVER be the primary reasons to politically empower ANYONE! That is regressive and not in any way truly progressive. You do not fight racism and sexism real or imagined with racism and sexism.

Very, very dangerous. But then again, the Democrat party who operates much like the BORG of Star Trek are only in need of facade "symbolic" candidates who are run by their intellectual and ideological superiors within the party machine. And it is these radical "Destroy the Patriarchy" Marxists who set the narrative and agenda. The truly seek the destruction of America as formulated, make no mistake about it. Is that what you seek? I did not think so.

Note: And to be sure, the Democrat party who are much like the BORG in the Star Trek fictional universe: "The Borg are an alien group that appear as recurring antagonists in the Star Trek fictional universe. The Borg are cybernetic organisms (cyborgs) linked in a hive mind called "The Collective." The Borg's ultimate goal is "achieving perfection.". The BORG are Communists!

D.E.I. is not about excellence or attaining the best possible result, D.E.I. is about compliance with rules created by the worst and least qualified among us.
